To prevent water splashing, please follow the installation instructions in the video. Setting the pump to medium and adding rocks to the water outlet on the first floor can help control water flow.

If you have any installation issues, please contact us and we will assist you. If the pump is noisy or not working correctly, there may be air in the pump. Turn off the switch on the wire and then back on to reset.

If you want more water sound, adjust the water flow switch on the pump and add rocks to the water outlet on the first floor. To protect the pump, turn off the fountain when not in use and limit operation to eight hours per day.
